1.- Reservation and Purchase of Tickets
a.- Tickets can be obtained at our offices up to 2 hours before departure. Tickets cannot be purchased on ships, except in ports where there are no ticket offices.
b.- Travel date changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure. Only one change is permitted.
2.- Refunds
c.- When a passenger cancels a trip, the refund policy will be:
1.- 96 hours before departure, there will be no retention.
2.- Between 96 hours and 4 pm, there will be a 30% retention.
3.- Between 4 pm and departure time, there will be no refund.
4.- Tickets modified on the travel date are non-refundable.
3. Boarding
d. All passengers and vehicles must be at the terminal with their ticket 2 hours prior to departure; otherwise, they may miss their trip.
e. Each passenger traveling on foot is authorized to carry two pieces of carry-on luggage. If this limit is exceeded, a floor charge will be applied.
f. Departure and arrival times may be modified or canceled due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, in which case the company is not obligated to compensate passengers.
g. Vehicle dimensions must be accurate when requesting a reservation or payment. Any discrepancies detected at the time of boarding will incur an additional charge, and passengers may not be able to travel due to lack of space, with no refund.
h. The maximum permitted height for vehicles is 4.2 meters. If this height is exceeded, the vehicle may not be boarded, with no refund.
i.- The transport of all types of Dangerous Cargo is prohibited.
j.- The company is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
k.- Remaining in the vehicle: Once the vehicle has been loaded onto the ship, passengers are strictly prohibited from disembarking while the loading process is in progress.
l.- Staff instructions: All passengers must follow the instructions given by the deck staff at all times during the loading and unloading processes.
4.- Boarding ticket
m.- Each passenger must carry their ticket upon boarding, which can be picked up from any of our offices.
n.- Tickets must be shown whenever requested by the ship’s staff, after which the passenger must carry them with them until the end of the trip.
o.- The ticket is valid for the vessel, day, time, and customer mentioned on it; it is non-transferable under any circumstances.
5. Traveling with Pets
p.- When transporting pets, the following requirements must be met.
q.- Pets must be leashed and muzzled at all times in vehicles, except for guide dogs.
r.- Pets are the responsibility of their owners at all times.
s.- Pets may be transported in vehicles or pickup trucks, properly leashed, or in kennels that are in good condition and secure enough for their size.
6.- Possible Intermediate Delay.
DEAR USER, YOU ARE INFORMED THAT DUE TO DIFFERENCES IN SHIP CAPACITY ON THE BIMODAL CONNECTIVITY ROUTE. It is likely that there will be two turns on the short section, causing a delay of 1 hour, so please take appropriate precautions.
